Built in 1899 for J and W Campbell and Co, The Garment Factory, is an architectural gem in the city.  The category B listed building was designed by Hames Thomson and has been transformed through a £6 million refurbishment in 2017 by Morgan McDonnell Architecture Ltd and developer Castleforge Partners, restoring the building to its former glory while keeping many of the buildings original features including exposed ceilings, steel and brickwork, wooden flooring and ornate staircases.

As part of the Garment Factory's development, the ground floor of the building has been transformed into new tailor-made suites.

The options available within the space are endless, whether you require a desk, an office, or your new company Headquarters, these fully furnished, flexible spaces help businesses size up or down depending on the best fit for each business.

The new area also includes a fantastic games room.

The Garment Factory is home to a number of established businesses including Channel 4, Shoosmith, Incremental, AutoRek, and Threesixty Architecture with The Media Shop Scotland and Katrick Technologies taking space in the new tailor-made suites.
