Glasgow Tech Week is back for 2026! Now in its third year we are delighted to announce that our event application portal is open and we’re looking forward to receiving your event submissions.
Last year, Glasgow Tech Week comprised of more than 40 events, over 3,000 attendees and we partnered with more than 80 innovation ecosystem partners including techUK, BAFTA, Shepherd and Wedderburn, NHS Scotland, IBM, Accenture, JPMorganChase, Barclays and KPMG.
During Glasgow Tech Week 2025 there was a wide variety on offer, from cutting-edge demos and panel discussions to networking receptions and skills workshops, bringing the city alive with ideas, energy and opportunity.
This year we are looking to include even more sector-leading, innovative events across the tech, digital and creative. Submit an application by Sunday 12th April to ensure your event is part of this exciting week in the Glasgow ecosystem.
We are now preparing the schedule for Glasgow Tech Week 2026, which will take place from the 7th to 11th September 2026, and inviting event proposals to be submitted via our portal.
The application process has changed for Glasgow Tech Week 2026 and all proposed events must be submitted via our official application form. Once the application window closes, the Glasgow City Innovation District team will review all submissions and confirm selected events by the end of April. Any submissions not received as part of this process will not be considered.
Flexibility around event timing may be required to ensure a balanced and cohesive schedule across the full week.

The Glasgow City Innovation District team will review all applications collectively during the review period. Shortlisting will consider event theme, audience, format and how proposals align with the overall programme.
